Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Exchanges

We do not provide free returns. Please consult your local post office for the most affordable shipping options. We highly recommend using tracked shipping and retaining a receipt as proof of postage, as we are not responsible for any lost or missing returns.

For defective products, please reach out to us via email with your order number, name, and photos of the product. We will then determine if a free exchange or full refund is applicable.
